Acute Liaison Service

The Acute Liaison Service is here to help you when you are in hospital.

The acute liaison service is based at Sunderland Royal Hospital and also covers Sunderland Eye Infirmary and South Tyneside District hospital.

The service is available Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.

We can help you with support needed at outpatients or if you are staying in the hospital.
