Health Promoters
The health promotion team in Sunderland offer support to people with learning disabilities and their families and carers.
Their names are Emma Reid, Helen Wharton and Sandra Parkinson.
They are able to offer support to people with a learning disability to go along to their doctors for their annual health checks, flu vaccines, blood tests and other investigations for example.
They can also help you with hospital appointments if you need this.
