Make sure you let health services know if you need reasonable adjustments.

Do you feel anxious about going to the doctors or other health services? Would extra time, a quieter time of day or taking someone with you help? These are examples of reasonable adjustments that you can ask for.

Please talk to your GP surgery about this, tell them what you need and they will make sure that they.

  1. Record it on your record.
  2. Share the information with other health services if you are happy with this (consent)
  3. Ask you if there are any changes at least once a year.
  4. Make sure it is helping you.
